Apply to the first input 3D image the transform estimated between the two input 3D images using ExtractGreySignedFeatures3d.
This algorithm registers the first input 3D image to match the second input image. It simplifies the use of grey features to directly apply the transform to the image.
To do so, the following steps are performed:
A mask image can also been computed if it is provided by the user.
The algorithm also returns the estimated motion, to allow the user to have access to the tranform parameters.
