Battery Characterization Plugin
Visualization of the anode/cathode distance in a battery.
Reactiv’IP provides its users with a battery characterization plugin in IPSDK Explorer. It enables 3D analysis of the internal geometry of cells through a complete segmentation and measurement workflow. This plugin allows you to:
- generate anode / cathode distance maps to visualize spacing throughout the volume.
- automatically extract quantitative thickness indicators (mean, minimum and maximum), ready to use.
- detect critical spacing areas to identify regions potentially sensitive for performance or reliability.
Results can be visualized in 3D to facilitate structural analysis and quality monitoring.
