The Out-Of-Core technlogy is available in IPSDK Explorer version 3.2.2 and higher.

This tutorial illustrates the use of the Out-Of-Core technology. Today’s advanced microscopy systems, such as Lightsheet microscopes or X-Ray Tomography, produce very large, multichannel, time series image data. These datasets often do not fit within the available computer memory and are therefore very challenging to process. With this new IPSDK 3.2.2 release, recipes can now be applied on these very large out-of-core datasets, allowing an unprecedented level of image data processing capability, and thus supporting the most demanding needs of scientific research and industrial applications.
